Different people are in different situations and in different places in their smoking journey. Some live with people who may not be aware of their smoking habit, or perhaps your package is getting delivered to your workplace or a common mailbox.
Understandably, we often get asked by customers on their orders to make sure their packages are shipped discretely.
All of our smoking accessory orders are shipped in plain packaging with the sender indicated as WTS Sales.
You will either get a plain nondescript cardboard box, or a white plastic bubble envelope.
Both will not contain any indication as to the contents of the package on the outside of the parcel.
Rest assured we take your privacy seriously. We understand. We’re smokers too.
